DLBP is very pleased to have secured a raft of approvals on behalf the Royal Hospital Chelsea in relation to its ongoing refurbishment of the grade II* listed Soane Stable Block.
This important project will ensure the conservation of a historically significant building whilst enabling it to serve a new audience, by providing a visitor centre, exhibition and outreach spaces, a café, shop and post office, and more.
DLBP is proud to have provided ongoing planning advice to the Royal Hospital Chelsea relating to this project from its very inception to securing approval for the works, and most recently receiving approvals from the Council of details secured by planning conditions.
We are currently progressing other applications on behalf of the Royal Hospital Chelsea to ensure the refurbished Soane Stable Block has a successful opening later this year, and to help progress other works to its wider estate.
